At the HOUSE OF MYSTICS we make every effort to give our customers a fair rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We hope that our policies and spiritual tools do just that. Read about them below and be sure to contact our team with any questions.

Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to preparation and product availability. If you do not receive order confirmation within (2) days of placing your order send us an email at Support@houseofMystics.shop for the status update. Please note USPS & UPS are also experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds,Returns & Exchanges:
At House of Mystics, our products are assessed by customer care before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if you send us an email at Support@houseofmystics.shop with a picture of the item within (7) days of delivery. In addition customers have (14) days from purchase to replace damaged product. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned item.

International shipping:
We send most international packages via UPS. Taxes and fees are calculated at checkout.
International packages may be subject to customs or other fees that are calculated by that country. The customer is responsible for paying customs and fees. Customs may delay International packages. Unfortunately, we at House of Mystics have no control over those circumstances if that were to happen.
